Three new shareholders René Lallier, Pierre Hébert et Paule Létourneau acquire Biovet Inc. by purchasing all company shares. Dr Lallier becomes the new President and Chief Executive Officer and the majority shareholder of Biovet Inc. Dr Hébert, who had been with Biovet as clinical pathologist for a few months, becomes the new Director, Laboratory. Mrs Paule Létourneau becomes Administrative Manager.

Biovet in Europe: a $30 million market
Biovet closes distribution agreements in Europe St. Hyacinthe, Tuesday, February 24, 2004 - Biovet has closed three distribution agreements with European companies, giving it access to a European market of more than $30 million for its products. AES Laboratoires and Adiagène, located in Brittany, France, as well as the Menarini Group, based in the Netherlands, will distribute the St. Hyacinthe company’s animal diagnostic kits on the European continent. These new agreements strengthen Biovet’s presence in Europe. The company now maintains a presence in the main countries of the European Union.

Genetiporc Selects Biovet as a Reference Laboratory
Biovet Obtains an exclusive contract Saint-Hyacinthe, September 16, 2003 - Biovet Inc., the Canadian leader in veterinary diagnostics, has just signed an agreement with Genetiporc (www.genetiporc.com), the Canadian leader in swine reproduction.
